Guest Stays Regulations

1. Booking & Reservation Policy

All booking requests, seasonal rates, promo code advantages, and villa check-ins are subject to confirmation shared by our team. Key policies include:

• ID Verification: Guests must present a valid government-issued ID card (Aadhaar card, Passport, or Voter ID) during physical check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as proof of address.
• Occupancy Guidelines: Room stays are limited to the max occupancy specified during the reservation (e.g. 2 adults + 1 child for standard rooms). Extra beds can be arranged for a nominal charge.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be requested via email or phone. Refunds are subject to the specific tariff terms selected during booking:

• Standard bookings: Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours prior to check-in.
• No-shows: Failures to arrive will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking deposit amount.

3. Resort Code of Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all guests, we request compliance with the following rules:

• Swimming Pool: Appropriate swimming attire is mandatory. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Non-Smoking: All rooms and suites are strictly non-smoking. Designated smoking zones are provided on lawns.
• Damages: Any structural damage to resort properties, electronics, or bedding will be billed directly to the guest before check-out.

4. Disclaimers & Liability

SSK Marina Bay Resort is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, cash, or jewelry kept inside guest rooms. Safety lockers are provided for convenience. We are not liable for services delays caused by Force Majeure events, natural disasters, or unexpected power grids failures.
